Oh, you need to apply a SERVER wide change on your cPanel server No EXPR or EXCH settings were found in the Autodiscover response. In my case - testexchangeconnectivity EWS Autodiscover fails with If EWS gets any response - it follows that. ![]() Whilst Outlook Autodiscover keeps trying the Autodiscover order - see ![]() So if you go - /autodiscover/autodiscover.xml - and getĪutodiscover and Autoconfig support is disabled. ![]() Provide user account credentials if asked for and then click Accept. In Choose Profile dialogue box, select the Outlook profile and click OK. For this, press Windows+R and type Outlook /safe and then press OK. Pretty sure i have found a fix for this - and the cause. Open Outlook in Safe Mode First thing which a user can do in such situation is try opening Outlook application in safe mode.
